The form below is the way to reach CyberLyber. There is no phone line, no live chat and no mailing list, so everything arrives in the same place and gets read in the order it comes in.
What we can help with
- Corrections. A specification on a page that does not match the manufacturer’s own documentation. This is the most useful message we get, particularly from readers who own the machine. Include the page address and the figure you believe is wrong.
- Broken or misdirected links. Listings move and models get discontinued, so links do rot. Tell us which page and we will repoint it.
- Copyright and takedown requests. Send these through the form as described on the Copyright page, with enough detail to identify the material and your claim to it.
- Privacy requests. Access, correction or deletion of anything we hold about you, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
- Coverage suggestions. A model or a category you think belongs on the site. We cannot promise to add it, but the suggestions do get read.
What we cannot help with
CyberLyber does not sell anything. There is no shop, no order system and no stock, so we have no way to look up an order, change an address, arrange a return, process a refund, chase a delivery, or handle a warranty or repair claim. If your question is about a purchase, it needs to go to the retailer you bought from, or to the manufacturer for a warranty issue. Sending it here only adds a step, and we cannot pass it on for you.
We also cannot give installation instructions or sign off on a specific installation. Gas connections, dedicated electrical circuits, plumbing and wall mounting need a qualified installer, for the reasons set out under appliance safety in the Terms and Conditions.
Before you write
If your question is about how a write up is put together, or about what the site does and does not do, the About page probably answers it. If it is about commissions and links, the Affiliate Disclosure covers it. If you are looking for a model rather than an answer, start from Product Reviews.
Include the address of the page you are writing about. It saves a round trip and it gets the matter dealt with faster.
Response times
We aim to reply within a few working days. That is a target and not a promise, and quiet periods happen. Copyright and privacy requests are moved to the front of the queue. Please do not send sensitive personal or financial information through the form, since a website contact form is not a secure channel and nothing here requires it.
